3. Plagiarism: If the content is found to be plagiarized or contains substantial portions copied from other sources.

1. Contact Support: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48- hours of receiving the completed work. Provide clear details about the issue you encountered.
2. Investigation: Our quality assurance team will review your case. We may request additional information or evidence to assess the situation.
3. Refund Decision: Based on the investigation, we will determine whether a refund is warranted. If approved, we will initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Options

1. Full Refund: If the issue is substantial (e.g., missed deadline, severe quality problems), we will provide a full refund.
2. Partial Refund: For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund based on the severity of the problem.

4. Return of Funds

1. Credit Card/Payment Gateway: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
2. Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for future orders.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if you change your mind after placing an order.
2. Late Requests: Refund requests submitted beyond the 48-hour window will not be considered.
3. Completed Orders: Refunds are not applicable once you have accepted and downloaded the final work on the principle of quantum meruit.

6. Revision Policy

We encourage clients to request revisions if they are dissatisfied with any aspect of the work. Revisions are free of charge and once requested will be submitted within 1o working days of receiving the request.

Time bound reviews requiring expeditious handling in less than 5 days after initial submission will attract a 10% review charge which shall be remitted upfront.
