The company has a mission of accelerating the world’s change to sustainable energy and examining the milestones that the company has attained; it is getting closer to its mission by creating homes that can sustain energy with its boxes that are connected to solar panels and a production center to affordable battery-powered cars they have taken steps to remain aligned to its mission. Presently, Tesla is making its electric vehicles more available and affordable to all its clients globally. Further, the company has offered a model for other organizations with its Gigafactory, which are solar-powered and are the primary production of source for the firm to manufacture its cars, such as in the case of Model X and Model 3. Also, the company shares its technology with other firms to ensure that other organizations take steps in guaranteeing the production of environmentally friendly cars. General Motors and Ford have recently started to produce more electronic vehicles like the E-Mustang, and the fully electric Ford-150. Thus, by aligning its production towards renewable energy sources, Tesla can acquire a competitive edge over other automobile firms that manufacture fossil fuel-driven vehicles, which are considered harmful to the environment (Kim, 2020).

Tesla’s culture has been the main aspect of the firm, which is often under scrutiny due to various reported cases of discrimination and workplace misconduct among the employees. This has portrayed the company as an organization that is not a conducive place to work due to the company being considered not to treat its employees well, particularly the African American workers.
